These Terms of Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of REALResGroup.com (“Website”), operated by Real Residential™ (also referred to as REALResGroup™) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), led by Laurie Macko, a licensed real estate broker in the State of Minnesota and affiliated with Keller Williams Realty.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. No Agency Relationship
Use of this Website does NOT create a broker-client, agency, fiduciary, or professional relationship.
A formal relationship exists only through a fully executed written agreement signed by both parties.
5. Communications & TCPA Consent
By submitting your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from Real Residential™ via phone call, email, and SMS text message, including through automated dialing systems.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS Terms
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and provide service-related updates.
